As part of the development of our Commercial Unit EMEA, we are looking for an Inside Sales Manager France.


Your challenges:
As part of the Sales Zone team, the Inside Sales Manager develops sales in accordance to our Go to Market strategy and implement a sustainable and efficient customer management approach with the responsibility for whole sales budget (Direct & Indirect) in the assigned territory based on zip codes. In parallel of this territory responsibility (80% of the time), the Inside Sales Manager will be involved in specific Marketing/Sales campaigns within the zone (20% of the time).

Collaboration with Automation Product & Application Manager, Key Account Manager, Account Managers and other Matrix functions is key.
Tasks:
Lead Generation and Prospecting
• Identify potential customers through research and analysis.
• Reach out to potential customers who have not previously expressed interest in the company’s products or services via outbound cold call and email
• Assess the potential and fit of leads to determine if they are worth pursuing.
Customer Relationship Management
• Use CRM software to keep track of interactions, sales activities, and customer information.
• Regularly follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships.
• Promptly respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
• Develop account plans that align with clients’ business objectives and the company’s priorities
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations
• Thoroughly understand the products or services being sold to effectively communicate benefits and features, and keep the products knowledge continuously on high level by using defined training tools and platforms
• Customize sales pitches to address the specific needs and pain points of the customer
• Provide product demonstrations if required, often using virtual meeting tools or by traveling on site.

Sales Process Management
• Follow-up and process of sales leads moving through the sales funnel.
• Manage the sales pipeline including quotation process by maintaining up to date all the opportunities to ensure an accurate forecast
• Negotiate terms and closing sales deals.
• Handle the necessary paperwork and coordination to complete the sales transaction.

Collaboration and Reporting
• Work with other sales team members, marketing, and customer service to achieve sales goals.
• Prepare sales reports and provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and sales performance.
• Participate in the development of sales strategies and tactics.
• Participate to specific Marketing/Sales campaigns within the zone (Transversal sales tasks)

Customer Support and Follow-up
• Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale and handle any issues that arise.
• Identify opportunities to sell additional products or services (up-selling & cross-selling) to existing customers.
• Foster long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Your expertise :
Education, training, professional experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in sciences, Engineering, or related subject, preferably with Life Sciences focus
• Demonstrated sales record successes and sustainable customer relationships records
• Initial experience in selling laboratory products (biotechnology) or experience in laboratory operations is preferred (ideally 3 years).
Professional competence, special knowledge (e.g. languages, IT)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with customers effectively in the context of cold calling
• Being able to listen to customers’ needs and concerns attentively helps in tailoring your sales approach and building trust with virtual approach
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to use CRM systems and virtual communication tools
• Deep understanding of the products or services being sold
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple leads and sales activities simultaneously
