Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and emailing potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and present key benefits
- Qualify prospects to determine their needs
- Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM system
- Close sales and meet/exceed monthly quotas
- Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies
- Maintain updated knowledge of product offerings and industry trends
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of inside sales experience
- Durable goods retail sales experience, preferred
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
