The Inside Sales Associate generates leads, builds client relationships, conducts product demos, manages a sales pipeline, and exceeds sales quotas while providing customer support.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and emailing potential clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Conduct product demonstrations and present key benefits
  • Qualify prospects to determine their needs
  • Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM system
  • Close sales and meet/exceed monthly quotas
  • Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies
  • Maintain updated knowledge of product offerings and industry trends


Qualifications:
 

  • 1-3 years of inside sales experience
  • Durable goods retail sales experience, preferred
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
