As our new Inside Sales Associate, you'll be an essential part of our energetic team, driving sales and cultivating strong customer relationships. With your exceptional attention to detail and organizational prowess, you'll expertly manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, carrying out a variety of inside sales tasks such as sales calls, order processing, problem-solving, and CRM entries.
You will perform inside institutional commercial bid/spec pool equipment prospecting and sales activities, including but not limited to project research, project logging, distribution and architectural plan take-off. You will be responsible for creation of comprehensive pricing proposals, submittals, and close-out documents. Project order management, contractor related follow-up and notification to be included.
Essential Duties:
- Swiftly process orders using our state-of-the-art computer system
- Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions, always with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Collaborate with Branch Managers to develop and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Accurately convey product information and pricing to customers
- Generate sales orders and quotes to estimate project costs and material quantities
- Ensure smooth deliveries by scheduling effectively and maintaining open communication with team members and clients
- Uphold a clean, organized, and inviting work environment
- Continuously learn about and stay informed on our extensive range of products available to customers
- Assist with inventory cycle counts, shipping, receiving, and other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and internet use
- Previous experience with Pool Products and Pool Construction is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred, but not required
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
