The Tzinker Team at The Agency RE is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Associate (ISA) to drive lead generation and expand our luxury real estate business. You’ll be responsible for building our property owner database through outbound prospecting, engaging with potential sellers and buyers, processing inbound leads, maintaining organized CRM records, and ensuring seamless introductions to our agents.
This in-office role is based in Bal Harbour, Miami, a premier real estate market, and requires a high-energy, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Real estate experience is preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish speakers are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
- Build & maintain a database of potential sellers and buyers through outbound prospecting efforts (calls, texts, emails, and mailers).
- Utilize tools like Follow Up Boss, Mojo Dialer, and The Agency CRM to manage prospecting outreach and track engagement.
- Pull property owner contact information and systematically target potential sellers in key neighborhoods and buildings.
Inbound Lead Processing
- Handle incoming inquiries from the team’s website, marketing campaigns, and other lead sources—qualifying, engaging, and nurturing them until they’re ready for agent introductions.
- Ensure prompt speed-to-lead responses to capture and convert high-intent prospects.
Lead Handoff & Follow-Up
- Introduce engaged and qualified leads to the appropriate agent on the Tzinker Team and facilitate a seamless handoff.
- Follow up with agents to ensure leads are progressing and track outcomes.
- Maintain clear, organized records of all interactions and conversions in Follow Up Boss, Mojo Dialer, and The Agency CRM.
Pipeline & Reporting Management
- Keep CRM data clean and up to date, ensuring all lead details, follow-up actions, and status updates are accurately logged.
- Track key performance metrics, including outreach numbers, conversion rates, and agent introductions to measure success.
- Work closely with the Tzinker Team’s Director of Operations to review and refine strategies for optimizing lead conversion.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of outbound sales experience required (real estate or related industry preferred).
- Bilingual in English & Spanish strongly preferred to serve Miami’s diverse clientele.
- Tech-savvy and CRM proficient—experience with Follow Up Boss, Mojo Dialer, and The Agency CRM is a plus.
- Exceptional communication & relationship-building skills—you must be confident on the phone and able to engage high-net-worth clients.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented—able to manage a large volume of leads while keeping meticulous records.Self-motivated & results-driven—proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
