What you’ll achieve

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling Dell’s products and services while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts. You will support the field sales leader while working effectively in a team environment towards goals.
 

You will:

  • Manage a high number of small accounts. Work with customers and partners to devise new and innovative solutions to business opportunities

  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative business solutions to customers and partners

  • Position our company as a driven solution by explaining technical, industry, and market information

  • Join and collaborate with your colleagues, cross-functionally, to support the sales process

Essential Requirements

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience

  • Excellent French social and communication skills (Both written and verbal)

  • Ability to work under pressure to achieve quarterly targets

  • General industry and competitor knowledge

  • Great customer relationship skills

  • English communication skills
