What You Will Do

The Inside Sales Rep manages assigned distributors in the region and will support the day-to-day business, projects, marketing, and, when needed, end-users. This role works jointly with the regional team of Account Executives and Regional Sales Director, to achieve set targets. The Inside Sales Rep manages incoming leads from various sources, identifies potential opportunities, and develops new business. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Drive growth with channel accounts by introducing Panduit products and solutions and identify/win new projects.
  • Convert business from competitors and increase flow business.
  • Maintain good relationships with Channel partners and provide support for specific needs; identify further business opportunities.
  • Analyze client portfolios and development.
  • Regular service calls and query of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure all relevant data is updated within the CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Work in partnership with marketing to ensure campaigns are relevant and useful to target audience.

What You Will Bring

  • Preferred Degree: Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Required Years of Experience: 2-8 years required in a relevant role.
  • Must live in Iowa or Nebraska.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% yearly.
