Overview:
An Inside Account Manager II is tasked with building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with the major accounts in the region. This position serves as the main point of contact for top accounts, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required:

Manage top/major accounts: Oversee and nurture mature accounts, ensuring consistent growth and stability. (50%)

Execute customer strategies including strategic opportunities/projects, analysis, customer pricing, freight contract feedback (30%)

Coordinate with Client Executives and all internal departments on strategic initiatives/escalations (20%)

Experience:

5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience.
Education & Certifications:

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
