The Dental Agile Team Intern will have the following responsibilities:
- Operational Readiness: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that new products, capabilities and updates are operationally ready for launch. This includes preparing documentation, communicating changes, and coordinating with various departments to address any issues.
- Support Product Management: Assist in the development of short- and long-term roadmaps related to Dental initiatives. Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and product performance.
- Process Improvement: Assist in the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of product management and operational readiness activities.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including product specifications, operational procedures, and ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including product managers, operations teams, and IT departments, to ensure alignment and collaboration on product initiatives.
Desired Skills/Interests:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous internship or work experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is a plus but not required.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, based out of our Bridgewater, NJ location.
