Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team as a Workforce Engagement Intern. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fields of employee engagement, customer benefits, financial wellness and analytics. The intern will do a rotation through various departments to understand the business.
Responsibilities
- R otate through the different areas of Workforce Engagement Organization to understand the touchpoints the organization has with Employers and their employee populations.
- Connect with Team Members through the various organization to understand skills for future growth.
- Gain Knowledge: Acquire knowledge of the tools, processes, and methodologies utilized by the team
- Collaborate on intern led Capstone Project - Report out and provide recommendations on tools, resources, and enhancements to each rotational area to an audience of audience of peers, managers and senior leadership
- Strengthen Business Acumen: Develop business acumen and enhance collaboration and partnership skills.
- Exposure to Products and Services: Gain exposure to various products and services within Group Benefits.
- Participate in meetings
- Learn functions and uses of technology to support the salesforce and business
- Perform duties supporting organization as assigned or required
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong interest in employee engagement, customer benefits, and operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- A willingness to learn.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The salary range for applicants for this position is The wage range for applicants for this position is $24.00-27.00 per hour.
