Job Description:Deliver essential technical support for utilities in API production
 

Do you have utility experience – and are you looking for a broad role where you can work independently and increase your knowledge?

Use your GMP proficiency and knowledge of water, steam, pressurized air, or nitrogen to provide technical support for the daily operations of our utility systems in close collaboration with your technical counterparts in our maintenance team.
 

“You’ll be our primary technical support for utilities, which means you can expect some ‘learning by doing’ along the way. You’ll join our Technical Support team, where none of us focus on just one thing. So, while you will be trusted with much responsibility, you will never be alone. As a member of our Technical Support team within the Engineering & EHS department, you will be essential in ensuring that our utility systems run at the highest capacity with limited downtime. Our team is responsible for all technical support to daily operations, including documentation, qualification, life cycle management, and training.

Your day at Ferring
Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support to daily operations, focusing on documentation and management of maintenance and breakdowns. Doing so, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in our maintenance team, whose responsibilities are more hands-on.

Additionally, you will spend time mapping the systems and writing documentation (including SOPs in Danish and English). Through your work, you can influence how we plan and handle optimal maintenance and possible future development of the systems.

Finally, you will collaborate with external partners, ensuring we have a clear overview of who does what.

• You have experience with technical support in a GMP environment and can work independently

• Perhaps you hold an engineering degree, a BA in technology management and marine engineering, or you have a technical background combined with GMP experience  

• You have at least a few years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry

• You speak and write Danish and English, allowing you to communicate with colleagues cross-functionally and write GMP documentation
