Your day at NTT DATA
El/la Ingeniero/a de Implementación provee soporte técnico a nuestro clientes. Esto incluye apoyo para la instalación y configuración de proyectos, resolución de incidentes, análisis y generación de documentación técnica.
What you'll be doing
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
- Elaborar y generar ingenierías de Networking (HLD, LLD, NIP, BOM, Change, KT, SOW, diagramas, gantt) evaluando y considerando aspectos técnicos y económicos que permitan cumplir con las necesidades y estrategias del cliente.
- Rack & Stack de equipo para los proyectos que tiene NTT, en dependencias de NTT y oficinas de clientes. Realizar actividades de pruebas de equipos en Laboratorios.
- Configuraciones y actualización de software de equipos de telecomunicaciones.
- Estudio y certificaciones en base a los proyectos que se trabajen. Velar por el cumplimiento de los estándares corporativos técnicos.
- Visitas y trabajos de terreno para instalaciones finales del proyecto.
- Apoyar el proceso de identificación y solución de problemas.
REQUISITOS EXCLUYENTES
- Estudios de Ingeniería en Redes, Ingeniería Electrónica, Eléctrica o afín.
- 5+ años de experiencia en posiciones similares.
- Certificación CCNA.
- Conocimiento en configuraciones de Datacenter (VPC, VXLAN, Multicast).
- Dominio medio de tecnologías de routing (IGP, EGP, redistribución, filtros).
- Configuraciones de capa 2 (STP, port channel, VTP).
- Configuraciones de Firewall (reglas, alta disponibilidad).
- Inglés nivel intermedio.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
REQUISITOS DESEABLES
- Conocimientos en Cybersecurity.
