Position Overview
Responsable de preparar las características de partida para el diseño y planos a nivel de detalle de los equipos y sistemas comprometidos en la implementación de las diferentes etapas de los proyectos de la empresa.
What you'll do

- Analiza nuevos productos, desarrolla y hace mejoras al proceso productivo
- Elabora y actualiza "Procedimientos de manufactura", "Instrucciones de trabajo" y "Manuales de procesos"
- Balanceo de las líneas de producción.
- Participa en introducción de nuevos productos
- Justifica e implementa la adquisición de fixturas, herramientas y/o equipo para mejorar procesos.
- Proveer análisis de costos para implementación de ECOS/Desviaciones o cualquier otro cambio de proceso.
- Elaboración de documentos relacionados con ingeniería de procesos.
- Leer e interpretar al 100% las especificaciones de los clientes y elaborar cotizaciones de clientes nuevos.
- Atender los requerimientos de los clientes
- Especificar y detallar instrucciones especiales al área de producción
- Es su responsabilidad cumplir y respetar las normas y procedimientos de seguridad establecidos por la empresa.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Experience facilitating kaizen events and/or key participant role is desirable.
- Experience in manufacturing engineering
- Computer and analytical skills required
- 2+ years’ experience leading and managing people, departments and organizations, with production/plant management leadership preferred.
- Speak English (proficient).
