Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for the planning and implementation of changes to the information technology infrastructure within established processes. This level works on low to medium complexity infrastructure problems; applies technology to meet specific needs, focusing on tasks with some complexity. The role provides infrastructure support and maintenance by planning work and coordinating with others to deliver functionality on a complete infrastructure technology of low complexity or a significant portion of a medium complexity infrastructure technology. This role relies on journey-level professional knowledge to develop simple designs to solve well-defined problems with guidance from more senior team members. Selection, planning, and implementation of changes to some subset of the information technology infrastructure. Requires some contacts with multiple functional and business partners on tactical issues and limited contact for planning issues. Receives guidance from Scrum Master or senior team member when needed. Work and decisions are performed within established guidelines and subject to review by supervisors before implementation.
