Job Description
Responsibilities (how we will measure success)
- • Manage Citrix environments, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
- • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Citrix infrastructure.
- • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and
- applications, like Active Directory, Hosting, Network.
- • Collaborate with IT Business applications owners, about change and release of applications.
- • Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to optimize user experience.
- • Develop and maintain documentation for Citrix configurations, processes, and procedures.
Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)
- Monitor the system health for Citrix environments OnPrem / Cloud side.
- Monitor performance metrics (CPU, memory, disk usage) of Citrix servers.
- Install, publish and troubleshoot the business application in Citrix infrastructure.
- Address and resolve user-reported issues related to Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
- Collaborate with help desk and support teams to escalate and manage complex cases.
- Assist in queries for new or existing applications, ensuring optimal structure and performance.
- Provide support in application upgrades and releases.
- Assist in the support of disaster recovery procedures.
- Manage user profiles, access permissions, and group policies.
- Configure and optimize applications for performance and reliability.
- Update and maintain documentation related to configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Create reports on system performance, incidents, and user feedback.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with network and security teams to ensure alignment with best practices.
- Research and evaluate new Citrix features and tools to enhance operations.
- Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge through training sessions.
- Conduct training sessions or create materials to assist users in navigating the Citrix environment.

Qualifications
Education / professional qualifications
- Graduate degree, preferably in IT related disciplines
- First experience in Citrix environment or Citrix certification
- Microsoft Certifications would be preferred
Background experience
- Strong skills with Citrix technology (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience of OnPrem Citrix infrastructure installation, configuration.
- Experience of Active Directory, Windows Servers and access permissions.
- Basic network knowledge, ability to understand ACLs, Network flows, Ports requirement.
- Knowledge of Vmware, Azure hosting is nice to have.
Company, product, and market knowledge
- Experience of working in a complex, multi-country professional services, financial services or BPO organisation with complex processing requirements preferred but not essential.
- Multi-country experience and demonstrates an ability to work in a multi-cultural, talented, and demanding team environment.

- Suppliers, and the management team with the ability to make decisions, act and get results.
