We are looking for an Infosec Analyst to join our team in Information Security (InfoSec). The InfoSec team leads the strategy, policy, and programs for information security company-wide. Our responsibilities include risk management, implementing a comprehensive security program, driving compliance initiatives, recommending and implementing security controls, preventing and detecting security threats, and handling incident response. We do all of this in a globally distributed company, thinking differently about how we best achieve critical information security objectives.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Be an integral part of the Infosec business enablement team to empower our customers and partners with information security solutions and content to improve business outcomes.
- Work optimally with our partners in InfoSec, IT, Engineering, Product, Finance, Legal and engage at reasonable technical depth with our products and information security topics.
- Provide security policy guidance to Elastic employees, collaborators, internal and external partners.
- Respond to customer security inquiries, security questionnaires, due diligence requests, third party reviews.
Continuously innovate new methods to build transparency, speed and scalability into Infosec operations. - Develop an understanding of the technical environment, business processes and Elastic culture.
- Be part of a technical team with high expectations on their ability to deliver quality work on a regular basis.

What You Bring Along:
- Possess knowledge and understanding of all Information Security domains, ability to engage with domain experts and collaborators at reasonable technical depth.
- Demonstrable ability to think innovatively and continuously improve the status quo.
- Technical curiosity, attention to detail and an ability to embrace change.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills - Worked alongside fast paced engineering teams and the ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Certifications like AWS, ELK, CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC, CRISC, CCSK are a plus.
- Experience with using the Elastic stack is a plus.
- Experience with scripting a plus
