Trilogy Federal is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Information Management Specialist to join our team. Candidate must have experience and expertise utilizing VA data systems and data sets including but not limited to the CDW and OI&T databases. Candidates will be responsible for developing Web-based database, dashboard, or report maintenance, enhancement, support, and updates for all contractor-developed and contractor-modified databases, dashboards, and reports.
Please note this position is contingent upon award (approximately March/April 2025)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, implement, enhance, maintain, and support web-based databases, dashboards, and reports
- Ensure databases, dashboards, and reports are capable of continuously acquiring and importing data from VA databases and datasets in real-time and do not require manual entry of data
- Provide on-going technical support, maintenance, enhancements, and updates to all contractor-developed reports and associated documentation
- Develop administrator and end-user guides and associated training presentation that describes purpose, background, design, data sources and flow, step-by-step instructions for management (administrator), and step-by-step instructions for use (end-user)
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Perform unit and integration testing and develop automated test cases
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as information management specialist.
- VA CDW experience
- Strong documentation skills, with experience documenting test conditions, analyzing test results, and troubleshooting application issues.
- Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL or NoSQL
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
