Leidos is searching for our next Information Assurance Site Lead to join the Information Assurance (IA) team in Arlington, VA. As a core member of the IA leadership team, you will report to the Leidos Office of Technology (OOT) and the Leidos Innovations Center (LInC) IA Director and play a valuable role in leading a large and diverse team of IT and Cybersecurity professionals to deliver classified IT and accreditation support to programs. As a manager of managers, you will have the opportunity to coach and mentor the next generation of IA and IT leaders.

Primary Responsibilities
- Personnel Management of a large team of IT and IA professionals dedicated to providing accredited information systems in support of classified programs. Personnel management includes, but not limited to, employee check-ins, reviews, hiring, performance plans, training, education, and coaching.
- Partner with executive leadership, Program Managers, Security, and various stakeholders to deliver and maintain accredited information systems. Prepare and deliver presentations and status reports of efforts to various audiences.
- Provide oversight and guidance to IA and IT stakeholders involved with information system design, system builds, and Authority to Operate (ATO) efforts.
- Develop and present reports and updates to the OOT / LInC IA Director, including the weekly action report and monthly operations report. Reports cover program/system status updates, site visits, issues/concerns/impacts, data spills, and other relevant items.
- Partner with the IA Director for enterprise solutions to create efficiencies, cost-savings, and speed of execution within the IA directorate.
- Partner with business and customers stakeholders to facilitate and program manage the redesign of IT networks and co-innovate new mission capabilities for the environment.
- Conduct internal staff meetings to define objectives, track projects, and ensure program success.
- Proactively engage business and customer stakeholders to balance mission and cybersecurity requirements. Work with the team and anticipate on contract and new business growth as mission needs expand.
- Work with subordinate leaders to define work schedules to support program environments.
- Represent IA in Business Development (BD) activities to ensure labor and non-labor requirements are understood and risk is documented and mitigated as part of the BD process.
- Coordinate and synchronize efforts with other IA Site Leads to harmonize business process across the enterprise.
- Maintain and update the Basis of Estimates (BOE) for information system support. Partner with program stakeholders to ensure adequate support is accounted for and delivered.
- Provide oversight of the Incident Response Team and procedures to mitigate and react to data infractions in accordance with Leidos, DCSA, and customer requirements. Responsible for ensuring adequate support to cover all incident scenarios at the Arlington location.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
- Ability to effectively communicate, both written and orally, technical challenges and solutions to senior staff.
- Experience as an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) / Information System Security Officer (ISSO) supporting DoD programs.
- Broad and deep knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF), System Security Plans, and activities for receiving and maintaining information system accreditation for Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and customer accredited systems.
- In-depth knowledge of the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DCSA Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM), NIST SP 800-37 and 800-53, and the DoD Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG).
- Ability to lead and manage projects.
- Department of Defense 8570 Baseline Certification, IAM Level III (CISM, CISSP or Associate, GSLC, CCISO).
- BA/BS or equivalent experience and 12+ years of prior relevant experience, or Masters with 10+ years of prior relevant experience. 7+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
- Experience managing managers
- Active and current TS/SCI clearance in order to be considered for this opportunity
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:
- Familiarity with project and knowledge management tools and methods (Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Gantt charts, Waterfall method, etc.).
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification.
- PMP, Project+, or other project management certification.
- TS/SCI CI Poly

Pay Range:Pay Range $144,300.00 - $260,850.00
