Influencer Operations(Mandarin) Location: Los Angeles, CA  Job Type: Hybrid(3 days), FTE
Salary Range: $70K-85K

Responsibility:

50. Collaborate with top influencers to develop and implement live-streaming operation strategies to enhance streaming effectiveness and sales performance.
50. Analyze market trends and user behavior to provide influencers with content and stylistic suggestions for live streaming.
50. Monitor live streaming traffic and user engagement, using data analysis tools to optimize live streaming performance.
50. Manage the product inventory to ensure product diversity, sufficient stock levels, and closely collaborate with the supply chain team.
50. Coordinate the live streaming team, including but not limited to hosts, content creators, and technical support, to ensure a smooth streaming process.
50. Work with the marketing department to formulate and implement promotional plans to expand the impact of live streaming.
50. Address challenges that may arise during live streaming and adjust strategies promptly to respond to market changes.
50. Track developments in live streaming technology, continuously innovate live streaming formats, and enhance user experience.

Requirements:

50. Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a preference for majors in marketing, media, e-commerce, or related fields.
50. Experience Requirements: At least 2-3 years of relevant industry experience, with a track record of successfully building and operating live streaming rooms for top influencers.
50. Skill Requirements: Proficient in data analysis and market trend research, with strong project management and team leadership skills.
50. Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and coordination skills, innovative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
50. Others: Familiarity with the legal regulations of the live streaming industry and a deep understanding of e-commerce live streaming.
51. Language: Professional proficiency in English and Chinese. (business need)
