Position Summary
* Responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy, in line with the company's business objectives.
* Identifying, recruiting and managing relationships with relevant influencers in various fields (fashion, lifestyle, technology, gaming, etc.).
* Creating strategic partnerships with influencers, including managing negotiations, signing contracts and building work plans.
* Producing creative and innovative marketing campaigns in collaboration with influencers, while adapting to the company's target audiences.
* Analyzing campaign performance data, producing reports and drawing conclusions for continuous improvement.
* Monitoring trends and innovations in the field of influencer marketing, and implementing them in the company's activities.
* Managing the influencer marketing budget, while ensuring that goals are met and resources are used efficiently.
* Collaborating with various departments in the company to promote shared goals.
Role and Responsibilities
* Proven experience of at least 3 years in the field of influencer marketing, preferably in a communications company or advertising agency.
* In-depth familiarity with the world of influencers in Israel and internationally, including an understanding of relevant trends and platforms.
* Proven ability to manage relationships with influencers, Including managing negotiations and creating successful collaborations.
* High analytical skills, including experience in analyzing performance data and producing reports.
* Creative and innovative skills, including experience in developing groundbreaking marketing campaigns.
* Excellent project management and time management skills, including the ability to work under pressure and meet goals.
* High interpersonal communication skills.
