Wayfair is seeking an experienced Manager who will help drive the growth of Wayfair’s influencer marketing program, working closely with internal stakeholders across marketing and creative, but also cultivating strong external relationships. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and sales. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can leverage influencer partnerships to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a team of influencer marketing professionals, overseeing their work and guiding their professional development 
  • Identify, negotiate, and establish strong relationships with influencers and creators across various platforms.
  • Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Work with influencers and internal creative teams to develop engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Manage influencer marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, platform changes, and emerging influencers in the industry.
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, social media, and product teams to integrate influencer marketing into broader marketing efforts.

What You’ll Need

  • 5+  years of experience in marketing, business or related fields
  • Proven track record of managing successful influencer marketing campaigns
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications and negotiation skills 
  • Experience using influencer marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferred

All Boston-based interns, Co-ops, and corporate employees will be in office in a hybrid capacity. Employees will work in the office on designated days, Monday - Thursday, and work remotely Friday.
