Job Description

We’re looking for a self-motivated field marketing specialist to join our high performing field marketing team at Nexthink. This individual will be responsible for supporting the field marketing team and corresponding demand gen activities in the North America market. With a focus on new customer acquisition and existing account revenue growth, they will work closely with the go-to-market team to develop and deliver compelling campaigns to drive business growth, manage budget, and measure ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support North America Field Marketers in the creation and execution of field marketing and ABX programming.
  • Work closely with our business development and sales teams to track lead follow-up, qualification, and conversion to ensure successful execution of marketing activity.
  • Research, recommend and drive targeted marketing plans that bring together corporate programs, regional opportunities, customer marketing, and partner activities.
  • Report on regional events providing insights on areas of optimization, business outcomes, and return on investment.
  • Align with the global marketing team to develop and support the overall go to market plan.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional
  • Excellent project management skills to allow for timely planning, execution and reporting.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.

Base salary ranges are determined by country, role, level, experience, and skills.
