We’re looking for a strong Influencer Marketing Manager to identify, recruit, and coordinate influencers for our campaigns and organic social channels for a leading beauty client, e.l.f. This role will be remote-first, however, this person will need to be based on the west coast.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and manage influencer campaigns with social media creators and influencers on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms
  • Identify, source and contract creators for e.l.f. Cosmetics organic channels
  • End-to-end influencer management inclusive of identifying, recruiting and outreaching to talent, managing contract negotiations/redlines, content review and guiding influencers/creators with their deliverables
  • Build and cultivate relationships with creators, influencers, managers, and agents
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally with Creative, Strategy, Production and Client Service teams to ensure influencer initiatives are aligned with wider campaign and client goals. 
  • Stay up to date on the latest influencer marketing trends across all social media platforms, with an emphasis on TikTok
  • Contribute to team brainstorms and campaign ideation
  • Responsive to the unpredictable 24/7 nature of campaign execution
  • Scout and vet potential creators and/or influencers and make comprehensive influencer recommendations for upcoming client presentations
  • Regularly analyze the competition and other best-in-class brands to inspire new ideas and executions – especially in new platform innovations

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of experience managing influencers for marketing campaigns. 
  • Experience working with a wide variety of influencers across a variety of categories (micro, macro, celebrity)
  • Deep passion for TikTok; experience with TikTok influencers a big plus but not required
  • Passion for delighting clients and going above & beyond 
  • Keen eye for detail with the foresight to think about the bigger picture
  • Deeply curious and passionate about the creator economy, with a pulse on major trends and shifts within the industry
  • Super organized, able to manage a ton of things simultaneously with autonomy

Our estimated range for this role is $70,000-80,000*

*Don’t let this range drive your decision to apply. Actual compensation packages are based on the level of skill and experience each candidate brings to their role. This position is considered a Level 2 at M+S. However, a person may apply for a certain level and we find they are qualified for a level more junior or senior as we move through the process. Each level has its own compensation range.
