You are an Information Systems Manager with proven experience in the Digital Manufacturing context. You will play a significant role in the digital transformation of company's production activities contributing to implement digital continuity from Operational Technologies to Enterprise Solutions in the highly technological Space Industry. You will discuss and collect strategic business needs and apply decision making strategies to scout, propose, implement and run digital solutions with a continuous improvement mindset to guarantee the competitiveness and efficiency of the company core business. You will report to the manager of Information Systems for Industry, Quality, PLM Solutions and lead a transnational team of 10 people. The position requires regular traveling to TAS sites and can be based in Torino, Roma, L'Aquila.

The position requires:

- Manage and optimize the entire IS Manufacturing solutions and data landscape with business partners in all countries.

- Manage the Transnational team with agile mindset, while complying with Company administrative procedures and keeping employee motivation at its best. - Efficiently communicate with business users, employees, contractors for satisfactory relationships and quality work.

- Mid-term planning including Project Portfolio, Obsolescence remediation and Make or Buy strategy.

- Budget definition, follow-up and optimization, including optimization of license portfolio and contracts with relevant interactions with purchasing and controlling functions.

- Manage Project portfolio and priorities for legacy evolutions.

- Manage contractors on service oriented models.

- Manage IS Manufacturing overall solutions architecture, including application portfolio optimization.

- Effectively interact with relevant stakeholders during the design, develop and run phases, with specific regard to architecture, infrastructure and cybersecurity managers and specialists.

Requirements:

- Ten years of experience in Information Sytems delivering solutions to industrial activities as a manager.

- International and/or Transnational team management.

- Project management.

- MES, IIoT, MRP solutions applied to discrete manufacturing.

- Knowledge of Architecture, Infrastructure and Cybersecurity principles

General notions of:

- Programming Languages (.Net, Java)

- Microservices and Orchestrators

- Windows and Linux operating systems

- Data Bases (Microsoft, Oracle)

- Virtualized infrastructures

- Network principles (domain and business networks, IT/OT segregations)

- DevOps - SCADA Systems
