KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
1) Industrialization and management of associated risks:
* For material projects assigned as the sole industrializer, participates in R1 risk analysis, manages the R2/R3 risk analysis and associated action plans in his/her domain, and provides elements for technical validation (DR, H/Q, etc).
* Responsible for the local trial activities for assigned industrialization projects - local risk analysis, trial planning, entering necessary information into systems (quality, automation), following trials, trials synthesis, MDI, etc.
2) Technical Support for the Marche Courante:
* Assists the workshop to solve “Marche courante” issues requiring a simple methodology (short loop, ...)
* Contributes to the improvement of the indicators (IC, debit, scrap, %NC, TRSp) of the workshop when a new industrialization is required. The TDM becomes involved only after Obtention has reached the limit of their scope and new industrialization could be required.
3) Referentials / Tools and Methods:
* Applies known central referentials and their local implementation (FTM application, DDM, IRG, MDI ...).
* Leads and/or contributes to the impact analysis for local implementation of new or updated referentials
* Uses digital industrialisation tools as needed during the course of industrialization projects (collecting data, filtering and analysis of data through digital tools).
4) Additional activities:
* For experienced TDM tutors newcomers to the metier in case of no TDM2 within the plant
5) For RPLM mission:
• Ensures the promotion and maintenance of PMU application knowledge over time.
• Provides data quality assurance (oversees bug reports and corrective action requests to users) and coordinates the creation and maintenance of data.
• Ensures the transmission of knowledge / training to new users.
• Provides the first level of support to users.
• Coordinates requests for the evolution of the tool, receives these evolutions and ensures the link with the central teams (participation in the PLM network ...).
