We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Incentive Management team as an Incentive Specialist. In this position, the successful applicant will be responsible for partnering directly with customers and their energy providers to transfer their utility services to Budderfly. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to join an established organization that is experiencing significant growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities by location for utilities incentives
- Process all required documentation to complete incentive process
- Follow-up on open items including preapproval documentation, open applications, and incentive collection
- Work with Engineering team as needed to complete required supporting documentation
- Coordinate closely with Operations team to ensure incentive work is progressing quickly to minimize equipment installation delays
- Understand the portfolio of technologies we install to ensure maximum incentive return
- Identify process improvements and work with the team to get them implemented
- Ongoing research into utility programs in order to understand and manage their requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School education, Bachelor’s Degree a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to collaborate and work with multiple teams and vendors
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, strong Excel skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be flexible as we grow and change
Job Location: Shelton, CT: Hybrid work schedule.
Compensation
$60,000—$65,000 USD
Compensation is based on factors including level of experience, skillset, qualifications, and location.
