The Incentive Programs Associate will play a key role in managing the day‐to‐day operations of various incentive programs. Using independent judgement, this individual will handle installer inquiries, resolve program‐related issues, and manage complaints. The Associate will also assist in processing incentive applications and troubleshoot rejections to maintain a high level of first‐time submission acceptance.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Manage incentive programs related processes, ensuring all processes flow efficiently from application through to collection.
  • Customer and Installer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for addressing and resolving customer complaints, issues with applications, inquiries related to incentive application status, and clarifying program rules and procedures.
  • Application Review and Communication to Program Administrator: Oversee the incentive program application process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with various program guidelines. Collaborate with management providing ongoing updates.
  • Cross‐Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams to investigate and resolve issues related to incorrect applications, missing documentation, discrepancies in program submissions, and incorrect payment records.
  • Performance Analysis: Oversee, review and report on operational metrics and KPIs, maintaining accurate records of application statuses, and program‐related issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Thorough due diligence identifying opportunities, operational process improvement and enhancing the customer experience by providing feedback and recommendations to management.
  • Forecasting and Presentation: Collaborate with management in creating and updating forecasts, conducting variance analysis, and preparing presentations.
  • Industry Research: Conduct market and industry research to identify incentive programs applicable to the company’s various products and services.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 1 -3 years of experience in program management, or operations
  • Experience with incentive programs is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Detail‐oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and track program activities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‐paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM or program management software is preferred
  • Strong problem‐solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging or complex customer issues

Compensation: $80,000 - $83,000 per year
