Overview
The Inbound Support Representative plays a key role in reviewing and processing web-based customer activity while delivering excellent support to both internal teams and external customers. This role is part of the SWIFT (Support Web Internal Fax Team), which ensures accuracy and efficiency in new account setup and order processing.
Work Schedule: Candidates for the role should be located on the East Coast (Eastern Time Zones) or be willing to work 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST.
Key Responsibilities

Review and process new account registrations and orders submitted online

Handle inbound calls and emails from customers, vendors, and internal teams regarding account status, pending orders, and web registrations

Maintain accurate tracking in spreadsheets to meet processing deadlines

Attend manufacturer training sessions

Participate in special projects and performs other duties as required

Qualifications
Experience:

Prior administrative or data entry experience

Customer service experience
-
Dental or medical background is a plus
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Comfortable handling inbound calls and professional email communication

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to type 30-40 WPM and learn applicable systems such as AS400, Salesforce, Siebel, etc.

Bilingual is a plus

This position will be working in an office environment, utilizing typical office equipment.
Compensation:
The posted range for this position is $32,636 - $50,993 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to be fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
