About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Inbound Sales Manager to join our diverse and energetic sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive business growth by identifying prospects, converting inbound leads to expand our market share. The ideal candidate will have high energy, a passion for networking, and excel in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Reporting Line: Head of Sales

You will:

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of payabl.'s payment products and services, and effectively communicate these to prospective merchants.
  • Manage incoming lead flow and drive sales by offering tailored online payment solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients in target industries to deeply understand their needs and maximize sales potential.
  • Lead and support new business development efforts, including conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and overseeing client onboarding.
  • Proactively engage with inbound lead generation channels to identify and nurture potential clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across payabl. to ensure a seamless and optimal experience for merchants.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, generating ongoing opportunities to achieve both company and individual goals.

What we need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within payments, FinTech, or technology industries.
  • A proven "hunter mentality" with proficiency in using lead generation tools and strategies.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Commercially focused and goal-oriented, with a strong track record in achieving sales performance.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for networking, events, and client presentations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all management levels.

🚀 Hiring Process:

1️⃣ First Interview: Conducted by the Talent Acquisition team (30-40 min).

2️⃣ Second Interview: 30 minutes deep-dive with the Head of Sales.

3️⃣ Final Behavioral Interview: Focused team fit, with participation from the Head of Talent Acquisition and the Head of Sales (1-1.5hours).
