About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Inbound Sales Manager to join our diverse and energetic sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive business growth by identifying prospects, converting inbound leads to expand our market share. The ideal candidate will have high energy, a passion for networking, and excel in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Reporting Line: Head of Sales

Key responsibilities:  

  • Become a Product Expert – Develop a deep understanding of payabl.'s payment products and services, effectively communicating their benefits to prospective merchants.
  • Own the Inbound Sales Process – Manage incoming leads, identify key opportunities, and drive sales by offering customized online payment solutions that fit each client’s business.
  • Build & Strengthen Relationships – Develop strong connections with merchants in target industries, ensuring you fully understand their challenges and growth opportunities.
  • Drive New Business Development – Lead and support sales efforts, including delivering compelling presentations, negotiating contracts, and overseeing smooth client onboarding.
  • Engage & Nurture Leads – Proactively interact with inbound lead generation channels, ensuring potential clients are nurtured and guided through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate for Success – Work closely with cross-functional teams at payabl. to deliver a seamless and optimized merchant experience.
  • Exceed Sales Targets – Consistently meet and surpass sales goals, generating new opportunities that contribute to both company and personal success.

Who you are:

You are a results-driven, commercially focused professional with a strong track record in sales. With a "hunter" mentality, you excel at identifying and capitalizing on opportunities, managing inbound leads, and closing deals. You are proactive, organized, and committed to driving success in a fast-paced environment.

  • B2B Sales Experience – You bring at least 2 years of experience in a B2B sales role, ideally within payments, fintech, or the technology industries.
  • Lead Generation Expert – You have a proven "hunter mentality" and are skilled in using lead generation tools and strategies to drive new business.
  • Self-Starter & Highly Organized – You’re proactive, highly motivated, and excel in managing your time effectively to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Commercially Driven – You’re goal-oriented, with a solid history of achieving and surpassing sales performance metrics.
  • Skilled Negotiator – You have excellent negotiation abilities and know how to close deals efficiently and effectively.
  • Flexible & On the Move – You’re willing to travel for client presentations, networking, and industry events to drive business growth.
  • Strong Communicator – You possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling you to communicate clearly and persuasively with stakeholders.
  • Relationship Builder – Your exceptional interpersonal skills help you build effective relationships at all levels of an organization, fostering collaboration and trust.

Step 3: Final Behavioral Interview – A team-fit interview with our Head of Talent Acquisition and Group Chief Growth Officer of Acquiring ensuring a strong cultural and strategic match.
