GCyber is seeking an IMS Scheduler, to support a high profile DISA customer in their mission to improve collaboration and information sharing between defense and intelligence organizations. The IMS Scheduler will utilize program management tools to identify and track key program milestones across multiple programs including contract deliverables.
As the IMS Scheduler, you will:
- Assist multiple program teams in maintaining schedules and forecasting staffing requirements.
- Provide senior-level assessment of program metrics and reports to Program Managers.
- Support Program Managers in shaping management tools to meet program needs.
- Serve as the key contact for scheduling internal Program Management meetings.
- Participate in special projects as required.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance and be eligible to obtain and maintain a CI Poly.
- BA Degree and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or a Masters degree with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience.
- DoD 8570 IAT II certification (i.e., Security+, CySA+, CCNA-Security, CND, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management support specifically project management of the built environment including design and construction of facilities and infrastructure.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in scheduling projects using an industry accepted tool. (Primavera or Microsoft Project)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in developing resource loaded project schedules.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
