Import Export Supervisor

We are actively looking for an  Import Export Supervisor  who will carry out import and export operations in a timely manner, provide support and follow-up to projects, promotion programs or certifications together with the immediate supervisor, and prepare foreign trade reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in International Trade, Foreign Relations, Administration or similar.
• Fluent in English language.
• Previous experience in similar roles.
• VUCEM Knowledge.
• Annex 24 Control.
• Knowledge in IMMEX and T-Mec.

ACTIVITIES

• Carry out import and export operations as required.
• Analysis and preparation of certificates of origin.
• INEGI reports.
• Monitoring and reporting of Submaquila operations.
• Process and authorize expense accounts and invoices for logistics operations that correspond to the department.
• Analysis, monitoring and reporting of expense accounts and invoices for the department.
• VAT reports for use by finance for the return of the same.
• Support and support in new projects.
• Support and support in monitoring promotion programs, certifications or audits.
• Audits of critical business partners.
• Support in internal audits.
• Import, Export and control of Fixed Assets.
