Bluesight is seeking a passionate Implementation Specialist - Trainer to ensure our clients have the best possible experience being trained on all of our software offerings (ControlCheck, KitCheck, CostCheck, and Sectyr compliance solutions). This position is a key member of the implementation team and is responsible for conducting webinars and virtual client trainings as well as maintaining our training scripts and content with the latest features and system updates. This person will work very closely with the implementation specialist project managers to assist them with this phase of their project. The ideal candidate has a high attention to detail, loves to talk to people of different backgrounds, and loves to create training scripts and materials for the whole team!

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform live online training sessions for various clients throughout the day and make recorded training videos as needed for customers.
  • Create repeatable effective training sessions and materials for our customers.
  • Maintain and update the current training materials and develop appropriate modifications if needed. 
  • Analyze the effectiveness of the current training phase of the implementation and develop appropriate modification if needed.
  • Follow up from training sessions with notes and/or customer feedback to the implementation specialist project lead.
  • Work with the Senior Manager of Implementation to develop programs and curriculum for all aspects of external and internal training.
  • Assist as needed in other areas of the project.
  • Assist with defining enhancements to our products and provide customer feedback to the Product team on other projects as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Preferred 2+ years of professional work experience
  • Preferred 1-2 years of software trainer and/or client facing experience
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, preferred
  • Team-player attitude and a willingness to get things done
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience with EMRs e.g EPIC and Cerner or Omnicell and Pyxis software a plus
  • Travel - Willingness to travel up to 15%

This position is a remote position and open to applicants in the continental United States.
