We are looking for an ambitious, motivated and organized candidate to help out the Revenue Operations and Implementation Support team.
In this role you'll play a key role for us by supporting the implementation team and many of the implementation side projects. We'll really value someone with a curious mind who's interested in bringing their great TravelPerk experience to a new role.

What will you do?
- Perform maintenance, backend tasks on accounts of our current customers, whenever required (user base updates, setup changes).
- Cooperate closely with the Account Management (AM) team to set clear expectations around delivery dates
- Support your Team Lead with feedback and ideas how to improve the process
- Take ownership over corporate rates of our customers. Loading and updates.
- Lead communication regarding corporate rates with hotels, providing this service to our clients
- Coordinate with Inventory Team about specific requirements of corporate agreements loading
- If needed, support IS Team with backend tasks needed during the process of implementation
- Become an expert in functionalities of our platform
- Become an expert in Back end functionalities required to set up an account
Please note that the role is not customer facing. On a day to day basis you will interact with internal stakeholders mainly (AM and IS Team) as well as hotel suppliers.

What is the progression path?
The Implementation Support role is the first step to set up your career in the Onboarding and Implementation team. During your adventure as Implementation Support you will become an expert in all front and back end tools required to implement an account. You will work closely with AM and IS Team and have a chance to test yourself in basic implementations.The natural next step is to become an Implementation Specialist and take full responsibility and ownership over the assigned portfolio of new customers to onboard. Please note that you will be required to master the Support role during one year, before being able to move to Implementation Specialist Role.
