THE ROLE
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for utilizing best-in-class implementation practices to onboard Ncontracts clients. The Implementation Specialist executes project tasks to ensure timely completion of key milestones, closely collaborates with team members to facilitate a thorough and accurate conversion and provide consultative input on our products and services to effectively meet clients’ business requirements.
A successful Implementation Specialist will demonstrate a dedicated focus to clients. More specifically, the ability to establish immediate rapport and connection, quickly understand clients’ needs, and tactfully address challenges and concerns while driving the implementation forward. Additionally, they will possess demonstrated influencing skills to help clients understand and fully utilize Ncontracts to maximize their business productivity, client satisfaction, and ultimately retention.
YOU WILL

Lead the process of transitioning new clients from their existing systems to the Ncontracts product suite; utilize effective client service and change management practices to ensure a smooth conversion

Act as the primary client contact throughout the client implementation process; escalate needs, issues, concerns to the business partners and management as appropriate

Conduct telephone/web-based and/or face-face training sessions with new users

Establish a strong working relationship with each client based on clear expectation-setting and mutual trust building. Ensure clients’ requirements and business objectives are defined clearly that they are well understood by the entire project team.

Serve as the subject matter expert and advocate for the Ncontracts product suite; ensure set up is consistent with the clients’ needs and expectations

Proactively consult clients on best practices and necessary system and process changes to achieve implementation milestones and goals

Investigate, analyze, and recommend solutions for client needs; collaborate with Implementation leadership and Support staff to eliminate recurring issues

Maintain accurate project status in Ncontracts project management system; provide real time updates as needed to project stakeholders; proactively identify and mitigate project risks

Work closely with sales partners to ensure client expectations are being met; provide product expertise to support the Sales team when needed

Transition clients to ongoing Client Support resources upon successful implementation

Train and mentor new team members

Serve as a thought leader for continuous improvement of the Implementation process. Identify broad level enhancements that will continue to foster the delivery of an “amazing client experience” and drive client satisfaction and retention. Provide recommendations for advancing project management processes and/or methodologies.
YOU BRING
- Knowledge of CRA, HMDA, Redlining, and 1071 required. CRA certification required

2 years prior implementation or training experience required

Experience working in Vendor Management, Business Continuity, Enterprise Risk Management and/or Lending Compliance roles preferred

Project management experience preferred

Knowledge or Ncontracts’ solutions a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency with PC software with emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite and web tools for conferencing and training

Strong communications and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated organizational and time management skills

Ability to manage project completion with tight deadlines

Ability to work efficiently and effectively independently and on project teams

Compensation Information
Pursuant to state and local law disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience and location is $50,000 to $75,000 per year. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance and is not guaranteed.
