We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Services team. Our Professional Services team are experts in eQuip solutions, and they structure programs that incorporate eQuip solutions into existing purchasing processes and/or develop new processes to improve efficiencies and reduce costs. They work closely with customers to guide deployments and successfully adopt our solutions. The Implementation Specialist will support new and existing clients in the set up and use of purchased eQuip Asset Management software.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing relationships across all functional areas of a business, project management experience, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

The Implementation Specialist is the focal point for multiple, concurrent implementation projects that vary in size and scope. The Implementation Specialist is accountable for the following aspects of each project:

  • Interacts directly with assigned clients, maintaining positive relationships.
  • Define requirements and scope program for utilizing eQuip solutions
  • Oversee program execution including project scheduling and timely delivery
  • Receives, uploads, and validates client data
  • Configures features, advising customers on best practices for using eQuip solutions
  • Configure functionality using the eQuip application, Sql Stored Procedures and Triggers in SQL Server
  • Provides end-user training
  • Assists clients with ongoing data or system maintenance over the course of the contract.
  • Creates and provides system or implementation process documentation.
  • Suggests feature or functionality changes or enhancements to product management based on client feedback.
  • Provide timely, clear, and concise and complete communications to customer and company leadership
  • Assess program risks, anticipate challenges, and request support in escalation management when necessary
  • Meet or exceed targets for customer
  • May provide pre-sales or proof-of-concept assistance to the sales team or prospective clients during the sales cycle.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years implementation or services delivery experience, typically requires a BA/BS degree
  • Experience using SQL for queries, procedures, triggers
  • Ability to quickly learn the ins and outs of software applications
  • Desire to work in fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Excellent communications skills and the ability to effectively advise senior leadership
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals
  • Proven ability to lead customer engagements
  • Strong ownership, bias for action and willingness to roll-up your sleeves to help with configurations changes, documentation, and testing the software
  • Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Performs work under minimal supervision
  • Ability to travel to customer sites when required by project scope

Preferred Qualifications

  • Use of MS Office Suite
  • Some MS SQL knowledge and Database Concepts
