What We’re Looking For

Breezeway is hiring for an Implementation Specialist to join our Assist team! In this role, you will be responsible for the post-sales onboarding phase in the customer lifecycle for our Assist product. This stage is incredibly important in the success of our clients, as for many, their Breezeway Assist integration is the connection to their guest’s experience and platform. This is a high visibility role where you will own and work on projects cross functionally with other teams in order to execute on your deliverables in a timely manner. You will learn how to work and leverage different technologies to integrate with our customer segmentsThis role sits under our Breezeway Assist organization which encompasses implementations, and customer success and works closely with sales, partnerships, product and engineering.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the onboarding and integrations of customers and partners to the Breezeway Assist product
  • Serve as the lead technical point of contact for clients throughout the implementation phase, tracking progress towards key milestones to ensure successful and timely launches or if a new solution is needed, working with Product and Engineering to project manage until delivery 
  • Guide customers on how to best utilize Breezeway products and technology as an expert on our product offerings.
  • Partner with Sales, Partnerships, Product and Engineering to support clients in building out end to end workflows that align with Breezeway's best practices
  • Identify process improvements, as well as capturing, and communicating, customer feedback to our Product and Engineering Teams

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in professional services, customer success or another customer-facing role requiring project management (SaaS setting preferred)
  • Prior experience delivering software implementation projects throughout the entire lifecycle 
  • Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for providing clear and articulate direction at all levels of an organization (technical, business, and C-level)
  • Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and to translate requirements into technical deliverables
