Responsibilities
- Assist Project Manager in implementation project relating to Japan market
- Create/update documents to provide technical input and guidance for internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate with internal development/operations teams in global in relation to project, product and/or technical issue
- Manage with internal teams to keep project schedule
- Ensure successful transition to Service Delivery team after implementation
- Create and maintain Project Gantt chart by MS Project
- Attend conferences, presentations and other client-facing meetings as needed
- Expected external stakeholders are acquirers, payment service providers, payment terminal vendors, service/product providers for hotel & retail merchants (PMS, POS, KIOSK, online/mobile service, etc.)
- Communication internal 70% and external 30%
Qualifications and education requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system/software development project is mandatory
- Experience in system/software implementation or requirement documents
- Experience in payments is a great plus
- Experience in retail POS, ecommerce or hospitality industry will be plus
- Ability to communicate with customers/partners as professional
- Ability to communicate with colleagues in a multicultural, multinational environment
- Willingness to learn continuously
- Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Fluent in English/Japanese both written and verbal (if non-native in Japanese, JLPT N2 is required)
