Symplicity is seeking an Implementation Manager to join the BR team and keep developing our business in Brazil.

As an Implementation Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of our solutions while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Position Overview:
As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of Symplicity’s products, ensuring a smooth transition for clients from onboarding to go-live. This role requires technical knowledge, project management expertise, and strong training abilities to guide clients through system adoption and optimize their use of our solutions.
The cornerstones of a good implementation are:
- A great technical setting - Assist clients with system setup, data migration, and integrations to ensure seamless deployment.
- A very effective knowledge transfer – Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for clients, providing knowledge transfer and ongoing support.
- Project management skills – Planning, organization and execution of several parallel projects and a passion for delivering outstanding results with time and resource constrains.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience developing and delivering training sessions for end-users, preferably in SaaS companies.
- Required languages Portuguese and Advanced English.
- Strong oral / written communication, analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with software development projects.
- Experience in implementation, project management, or customer onboarding in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Rest APIs is a plus
Functionalities and responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, from initial planning to system go-live.
- Gather implementation requirements and provide guidance on aligning system deployment based on clients’ desired goals and outcomes for employability and career services.
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, engineering, customer success) to resolve technical issues and improve implementation workflows.
- Lead end-user training sessions (onsite and virtual) to ensure successful adoption of Symplicity’s solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring they maximize the value of our products.
- Assist clients with system setup, data migration, and integrations to ensure seamless deployment.
