YOUR MISSION:
As a Senior Implementation Engineer (f/m/d) at Parloa, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our customers to realize value from our platform. You will be responsible for designing and implementing seamless integrations of Parloa into diverse technical infrastructures while engineering scalable, cloud-based services and tools to meet unique client needs. As a key member of our Solutions Engineering team, you will act as a bridge between our engineering, product, customer success, and sales teams, driving technical collaboration to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions that enhance the value and impact of the Parloa platform.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders and internal teams to design end-to-end technical architectures, ensuring seamless integration of Parloa into complex enterprise environments.
- Serve as the bridge and voice between customer requirements and internal engineering, translating business needs into actionable technical specifications and scalable solutions.
- Lead strategic customer projects to build bespoke features and extensions, iterating quickly to address evolving customer needs.
- Advise customers and non-technical colleagues on technical topics, including conversational AI, backend integrations, telephony systems, and voice bot logic design.
- Collaborate on data analytics projects, enabling clear and actionable reporting on customers’ voice bots with Python, SQL, and KQL to extract and analyze critical insights.
- Build serverless web services using TypeScript to extend our product and provide custom functionality for strategic accounts.
- Continuously evaluate customer feedback and product performance to propose improvements. Collaborate closely with the product team to share insights and help shape Parloa’s roadmap.

TypeScript, Serverless Functions, SQL and NoSQL databases, JavaScript, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitHub Actions
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 5+ years of experience in software development, technical consulting, solutions engineering, ideally in a B2B context.
- Strong, diverse technical generalist with an understanding of Typescript, Python, and familiarity with distributed systems, APIs, and microservice architectures. Knowledge of telephony communication is a plus, as is knowledge of other programming languages.
- Autonomous and scrappy working style. You are able to take ownership of a task from inception to completion.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Spanish is a plus.
- Strong interest in generative and conversational AI..

Salary Range
$120,000—$160,000 USD
