We are looking for an organized and disciplined Implementation Coordinator to maintain implementation schedules and ensure timely roll out of new customer locations. The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all new and existing customer setup/changes are implemented in a timely manner. This includes planning and scheduling LQ implementation meetings, keeping detailed meeting notes, sending meeting action items, and ensuring that all timelines are met. For this reason, it is imperative that the coordinator has impeccable analytical and communication skills. 

Duties and Responsibilities: Partner with Implementation/Supply Chain

  • Join implementation calls to get timelines and deliverables
  • Work with implementation team to schedule and plan meetings and ensure that all necessary parties are invited and prepared
  • Take detailed meeting notes and send action items to relevant parties after each meeting
  • Ensure hours tracked for all implementation tasks
  • Work with the customer and cross-functional teams to resolve any issues and ensure timely implementation
  • Monitor progress and identify any potential delays or issues that may arise

Duties and Responsibilities: Partner with Field Service

  • Ensure that all customer setup/change requests are completed within the agreed upon timeline
  • Provides follow-up to FSMs on any pending customer setups that are older than 4 weeks to ensure we can close and recognize entitled revenue 
  • Monitoring of cases assigned to Field Service and regular updates provided to team and RFSMs
  • Keep track of all customer setup/change requests in a centralized database
  • Update Paylocity, Trace, other records to reflect actuals and unify across platforms

Skills

  • No degree required
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience with customer service or coordination preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Position can be performed remotely, but is expected to keep Central or Eastern business hours
