- Train users at all levels—from warehouse staff to company leadership—on effective use of the software
- Consult with clients to align their business procedures with ERP solutions and support process improvements
- Migrate data from legacy systems using SQL and other tools, assist with report generation, and modify transactional documents
- Define system requirements and write clear technical specifications for customizations
- Collaborate with development and support teams to validate changes and ensure smooth implementation
- Provide post-implementation support and participate in technical helpdesk rotations
What you bring:
- Experience working with ERP software in small or medium-sized, owner-managed businesses—please include specific systems in your application

- Excellent communication skills in English, with strengths in training, teaching, and problem-solving
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
What Will Help You Stand Out:
- Experience working with distributors or wholesalers
- A foundational understanding of accounting or bookkeeping
- Based in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) — applicants from all Canadian provinces except Quebec will be considered
