Advise and onboard customers on the Anchanto SaaS products

The role: Senior Solutions Consultant – Saudia Arbia – Middle East
You will be part of our Middle East Professional Services team and have responsibility for offering consultancy support to sales team, implementing and training our new customers in Saudia Arabia. Have many, happily on boarded valued customers
Responsibilities:
Pre-sales:
- Be a trusted advisor to clients on how to add value by using Anchanto solutions.
- Be commercially and contractually aware to ensure financial impact can be identified to both sales and clients.
- Ensure Anchanto systems fit with the client’s current procedures and systems by giving demonstrations, organizing and attending process design workshops.
- Work with clients to obtain agreement for the proposed solution and the initial project deliverables to pass on a complete Business Requirement to implementation.
- Work with the Product organization to share market feedback for the roadmap.
- Maintain product expertise of all the solutions and use it help support and R&D team solve the most challenging issues
- Leading RFP/RFQ/RFI processes.
Implementation:
- Manage the onboarding, training and implementation of Anchanto's Software Products for various customers onsite or remotely
- Through customer visits, demos, and meetings, gain a deep understanding of customers' needs and processes to submit corresponding change requests to the engineering team
- Align client expectations with the capabilities of our products
- Prepare and improve on implementation documents and training materials
- Work on Software configuration and Data import if required as part of implementation process
- Handhold customers till they get comfortable with our software
- Co-ordinate and resolve any tech or integration specific issues that are observed
- During nursery phase, analyse and respond to issues or queries raised by the customer.
- Support smooth transition of customer from nursery to run phase
Requirements:
Essential Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Arabic
- Experience in SaaS eCommerce technology or supply chain / fulfilment ERP products
- Experience in logistics, order fulfilment and warehousing domain
- Must have knowledge of either:
- Fulfilment, Warehouse solutions (eg. WMS product)
- or Parcel shipping solutions (TMS,)
- Preferred but Not Required
- CMS/Webstore platforms or Marketplace (eg. Noon, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon,Salla,Trendyol),
- or Small Parcel Shipping Carriers (OTO, SMSA, ARAMEX, DHL, UPS, Naqel)
- Ability to use project management tools
- Effective presentation, communication and training skills
- Ability to cultivate valuable relationships within customers
- Ability to be autonomous while traveling to & facing customers
- Technical background and ability to build Product Knowledge
- Ability to display strong self-initiative and support recommendations
- Comfortable in a fast changing and diverse international environment
