Job Description:

As a Customer Implementation Consultant, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on the delivery of services related to customer implementations of KEV Group software, including School Cash Accounting (SCA), School Funds Online (SFO), School Cash Online (SCO). The Professional Services group is the first group to interface with customers following the Sales handover and it is critical that the customers onboarded, trained and implemented in a timely manner.  The ideal candidate will have solid project management experience, previous training experience and stellar communication skills.  You are the type of person who always strives for continuous improvement, challenges the status quo and has a desire to work with software and end users.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer implementations, drive timelines, and obtain high customer satisfaction throughout
  • Provide impactful training to customers both at a district and school user level
  • Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and influence them on the adoption of implementation and software usage best practices
  • Drive the day-to-day project activities through the application of sound project management principles and methodologies
  • Provide project management services to each implementation in terms of reviewing project scope, specifying deliverables, estimating and controlling project duration and effort
  • Collaborate with other Professional Services team members and other teams on the delivery of services related to software implementations
  • Liaise with Customer Success Account Managers to facilitate smooth transitions of customer as they progress through the journey from Implementation to Support

Requirements and Skills:

  • 3+ years of project management experience in the delivery of SaaS professional services
  • Experience onboarding and training customers in the SaaS space, ideally in the K-12 segment
  • Knowledge of finance, bookkeeping and accounting practices
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with a track record of exemplary customer outcomes
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and using project management and customer success best practices
  • Previous experience negotiating with all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
  • Ability to multitask & deal with requests from multiple customers and departments
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, ability to interface with a broad range of contacts from technical staff, business partners, customers, and senior management
  • Strong customer service skills, with exceptional interpersonal communication and ability to influence
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Quick learner, adaptable, ability to “wear different hats” and adapt to changing customer expectations
  • Ability to thrive in a diverse, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and remain calm in stressful situations
  • Very well organized with the ability to handle multiple concurrent activities
