Primary Purpose
The position is primarily responsible to design and improve manufacturing systems through sensing, acquisition and use of data to drive increases in productivity, product quality and business feedback. The IIoT Architect establishes the frameworks that support effective development, testing, and optimization in the digital environment with input from real world processes or systems and
merges the two worlds. Their work helps plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing processes within an organization in a data driven manner.
This position is expected to strongly collaborate with IT and the newly created DSG (Digital Strategy Group) team in defining and applying the right level of data governance to Manufacturing data acquisition process.

Knowledge & Skills Required
- BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical degree required.
- MS in Engineering, Management, IT or equivalent technical degree preferred.
- PMP certification desired.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project Management.
