QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- 1-2 years work/internship experience,
- B.Sc. degree in engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering,
- Excellent command of English, comfortable with giving presentations in English,
- Excellent command of MS-Office tools(Especially Access & Excel),
- Familiar with / interested in financial analysis key concepts and terminology,
- No travel restrictions,
- B Class Driving License owner and active driver,
- Military service has to be completed for male candidates,
- Self-driven in following his/her responsibilities,
- Self-motivated, ready to take initiative, open for development,
- Team worker and strong in interpersonal relationships,
- Can adapt to dynamic work environment,
- Has a clear vision of career goals,
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plans productivity targets for PKG operation level in accordance with the business plan.
- Performs audits to measure compliance on performance, service, measurement, operating plans, and staffing. These results highlight our strengths and weaknesses in the PKG operation.
- Develops accurate work measurement for the most effective operating plan and job setup.
- Provide adequate methods, planning, and technical training.
- Support operations in the implementation of new technologies, procedures, and operation plans that support optimum performance
