This role supervises the planning, implementation and operations of the overall Identity and Access Management team and related processes, tools/technology and will have a focus on automation, scalability, and security.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manages a team of Identity and Access Management of administrators
- Ensures the timely, accurate, and secure processing of access requests to ensure appropriate user creations, changes, and deletions are performed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and monitor internal controls to ensure access requests are handled in accordance with policies and standards
- Resolves escalation issues to provide excellent customer service
- Identifies opportunities to improve internal processes to enhance ability to provide effective access management
- Adheres to and comply with all applicable policies and processes
- Ensures all IAM related policies, processes, procedures and supporting documentations are in place and kept up to date

What are we looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field or equivalent work experience;
- Security or IAM certifications are an advantage
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels within an organization
- Leadership and staff development skills
- Team player
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a professional environment
