Overview
As an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist at HR Force International, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our identity and access management processes to ensure our systems and data remain secure. You will play a vital role in managing user identities, access rights, and ensuring compliance with security policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain IAM systems and processes to manage user identities and access permissions effectively.
- Monitor and manage user access rights across various applications and systems, ensuring adherence to the principle of least privilege.
- Conduct periodic access reviews and audits to validate user permissions and compliance with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues.
- Assist in the development of IAM policies and procedures to ensure effective identity governance and risk management.
- Stay current on IAM technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to IAM processes and tools.
- Provide training and support to employees regarding IAM practices and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management or related security roles.
- In-depth knowledge of IAM frameworks and protocols, including SSO, LDAP, SAML, and OAuth.
- Experience with IAM tools and technologies (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Azure AD).
- Strong understanding of security standards and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Certifications
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
- Other IAM-related certifications are a plus.
