You are the central point of contact for the secure and efficient management of identities, access rights, and enterprise applications in Entra ID. With your structured thinking and drive for automation, you ensure seamless processes and a scalable IT infrastructure. Entra ID is your domain – you 'own' it and continuously take it to the next level with your ideas.

What awaits you with us

You will...

• Be part of an experienced 4-member IT team and take full responsibility for our Entra ID configuration.

• Design and manage a scalable IAM, PAM, SSO, and SCIM architecture.

• Oversee user and group management, conditional access policies, access reviews, and automation.

• Take technical ownership of selected SaaS applications and optimize their integration.

• Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate and Microsoft Forms.

• Provide support within the internal IT helpdesk and efficiently resolve support requests.

• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and MDM configuration (Windows & Mac).

What you bring to the table

• At least 2 years of experience in IT administration or IAM, ideally in a SaaS environment.

• Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management, preferably with Entra ID.

• Experience with ISO 27001 and SOC2: You understand the requirements and can implement them technically.

• An analytical and structured approach, allowing you to simplify and scale complex IT processes.

• Fluency in English (German is a plus).

• Passion for cloud technologies and the motivation to continuously develop yourself.

• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup with regular on-site presence (2-3 days per week) in our Stuttgart office.
