The Identity Administrator will support implementation efforts and maintenance for our identity platforms as well as drive continuous improvement within the Identity and Access Management space. This position will own all facets of digital identities within our IT environment. This includes, but is not limited to, improving the security of digital identities, migrating existing SaaS applications to SSO, streamlining data flows with our HRIS, managing application deployments, and troubleshooting any identity-related issues.This position will be located in our Tampa, FL office with a hybrid in office work environment.Principal Responsibilities:· Analyze, execute, and develop plans to migrate new applications into our identity platforms · Regularly evaluate existing identity platform configurations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement · Work with our compliance team to ensure demonstrated compliance with various standards, including HIPAA and SOX· Plan and execute workflows to eliminate manual processes from the environment· Collaborate with the Workday team to support and optimize onboarding and offboarding workflow and automation· Work with IT and business leaders to explain the benefits of design and architecture transformations· Mentor and support our help desk team on tickets that are above their technical expertiseEducation, Experience, Skills and Abilities Requirements:· 3+ years using an IAM solution, preferably Entra or Okta· 2+ years’ experience with Active Directory· Experience with SAML, OIDC, and Certificates· Strong understanding of MS Kerberos and other common authentication methods and models· Experience with FIDO2 preferred· Okta Certificated Administrator or Microsoft Identity certifications preferred#LI-TD1Important Notice:This position description is intended to describe the level of work required of the person performing in the role and is not a contract.
