We are looking for a CBD Excellence Executive to work with our CBD Excellence team in the Customer Development department.
The CBD Excellence team is involved in the management and development of the Cost Operations and Operational processes of DT operations in our ice cream business. The teammate sought in this field is expected to have the competence to manage operational processes with analytical thinking.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Making systematic definitions of the costs within the scope of Cost+ system for all Ice Cream DT operations, and also monitoring and reporting them.
2. Making SAP definitions, budget tracking and reporting for all Ice Cream DT operations. (Investment Fund, Under-Invoice discount, DT premiums, etc.)
3. Opening POs and tracking invoices through the Coupa system in operational costs.
4. Creating reports by analyzing the annual cost increases of the DT Cost budget on the basis of Operation and Region.
5. Collecting all cost items managed by the CBD Excellence team and creating the closing files for the month and year.
6. Analyze the root causes of cost increases and uncover saving opportunities by collaborating with local and global teams.
7. Ensuring that the operations are working within the plan by actively following the annual cost plans.
8. Providing the necessary digitalization by developing Cost Reporting models and Peracost system and to simplify all cost processes.
Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in university
• To be able to use MS Office, SAP and Coupa systems at a good level and to be open to development in these matters.
• Willingness to work closely with multinational teams as well as senior management,
• Proven skills and abilities in analytical thinking and complex problem solving,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Enthusiasm for making the ice cream business the leading supplier in a digital, knowledge-based world,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency In Written & Spoken English & Turkish
