All about the role:
 

As IAM (Identity and Access Management) Transformation Lead you will be responsible for driving the overall transformation of IAM processes, services, and governance across the organization.
 

What you’ll do:

In this role you will serve as a leader and hands-on expert, ensuring that the execution of IAM initiatives aligns with the organization's goals, compliance requirements, and security standards. The IAM Transformation Lead collaborates with IAM team and cross-functional teams to design, implement impactful IAM initiatives and projects that improve and optimize IAM processes, services or strengthen governance across the organization. 
 

In detail, you will:

  • Lead the execution of transformation of IAM services and processes to align with business objectives, security best practices, and compliance mandates. 
  • Identify gaps in IAM governance, compliance, and operational processes across the organization.
  • Develop and execute plans for implementation of IAM governance and compliance frameworks ensuring alignment with relevant regulations, standards, and organizational policies.
  • Define and execute programs or projects with timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders for implementation of IAM roadmap and transformation activities.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects, through managing risks and dependencies effectively toward a successful execution of IAM transformation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Partner with IAM team and operational teams to streamline changes in IAM processes, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and scalability through a smooth transition from project implementation to operational handoff.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate IAM solutions with broader technology platforms. 
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging IAM technologies, trends, and threats.
  • Drive the adoption of advanced IAM tools and technologies to improve security, user experience, and automation.
  • Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to evaluate and implement IAM solutions.
     

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, and Information Security:
  • Deep understanding of all IAM processes (e.g. ILM, Access Management), IAM principles (e.g. Least Privilege Principle, RBAC, ABAC), security, and governance frameworks.
  • Good understanding of key IAM services and solutions, including authentication, authorization, IGA, PAM, IDTR, and CIEM. 
  • Familiarity with basic IAM related mechanisms, technologies, and protocols (e.g., OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect).
  • Basic understanding of cyber-security frameworks (NIST, CIS, ISO, etc.)
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to IAM (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA).
  • Strong project management skills with experience in methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to manage both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Ability to lead initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and influence without direct authority.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Where you’ll be:
 

This is a full-time position, preferably based at our Global Headquarters in Stockholm/Stadshagen (Sweden), Porcia (Italy) or Krakow (Poland). Other Electrolux Group locations in Europe will also be considered. 

Regardless of the chosen location, you will be part of a dynamic international team where English is the natural language
